Concrete core drilling is the process of removing a cylinder of material (a core) with the use of a specialized concrete drill. Wall Cutting
Wall cutting or sawing uses a track mounted saw that can cut through brick, cinderblock, and concrete (including reinforced concrete). The cutting track allows for long cuts that stay true and straight. Our wall cutting saws reach depths of up to 36” from each side and are designed to minimize dust and vibration for structural integrity and safety.
Wall cutting is common for doors and windows, stair openings, demolition projects, elevator shafts, and HVAC openings. Our saws are lightweight and portable, allowing cuts in difficult places – even cutting flush with adjacent surfaces.
Floor Cutting
Floor cutting is often used to create trenches in concrete slabs to facilitate the installation of below-grade plumbing and other lines. Beyond that, floor cutting is used for control joints, decorative cuts, road patching, and other applications. Inline Concrete can handle any floor cutting job – regardless of size, condition, or complexity.
Walk-Behind Saw Cutting
Commonly used to perform large floor cuts, a walk-behind saw features a diamond concrete blades that can cut to depths of 32”. Our walk-behind concrete saws cover a wide range of horsepower and sizes to ensure that we have the right tool for your next concrete cutting project. Walk-behind concrete saws come as gas, diesel, or electric powered options for a variety of exhaust and safety options depending on your project needs.
Egress Window Cutting
Inline Concrete has extensive experience cutting egress window openings in existing concrete foundations. Our concrete wall cutting process is perfect for creating code compliant openings for basement remodels and additional safety to existing structures. All our operators are knowledgeable of national and regional building codes to ensure that your window openings meet escape and rescue requirements.
Egress Window Installation
Inline Concrete doesn’t just cut egress window openings, we also install egress windows and window-well features.
